**BLUE VINYL REPRESS** 40 Years COSMIC PSYCHOS, 40 years dirty, mean, simple, garagey punk rock & roll! EU pressing of the guys seminal 1991 album, the first for Amphetamine Reptile Records back then Noisy alternative punk rock from Down Under for fans of Stiff Richards, The Chats, Nashville Pussy, Supersuckers, Hard -Ons, AmpRep, early Sub Pop "As 1990 set in, Jones vacated the guitar spot. Knight and Walsh asked their friend Robbie Watts, a self-taught guitarist, to join the fold. Watts said yes and Cosmic Psychos ventured to Wisconsin to record their third full-length release at producer Butch Vig's Smart Studios. Released in 1991, Blokes You Can Trust was the band's first record for the American noise rock label Amphetamine Reptile, after the bandmembers became drinking buddies with label head Tom Hazelmeyer. [...] The Psychos conducted a European tour during which they developed an unusual trademark. After seeing many other rock bands take bows after performances, at the end of a show in Potsdam, Germany, Cosmic Psychos decided to alter the tradition by pulling down their pants and mooning the unsuspecting audience." - allmusic.com Do we have to say more? BRYONY PURDUE - 'DRIPFEED'
Formats
BPVND01 - LP

Details
After over a decade of international touring and nearly three years since its recording, critically acclaimed Scottish born artist Bryony unveils her debut album 'Dripfeed' – a stunning 15-year musical distillation that transforms personal trespasses into transcendent art. The self-released,self-produced album represents a bold artistic statement from an artist who has already graced stages from Edinburgh to Canada and collaborated with global superstars. 'Dripfeed' emerges as a genre-defying masterpiece that seamlessly weaves together influences spanning Radiohead's experimental textures, Cocteau Twins' ethereal atmospherics, and the hypnotic grooves of Massive Attack and Portishead. Bryony's distinctive approach incorporates live strings, chromatic harmonica, analog synths, and reverberating acoustic textures to create what she describes as "the liminal space between genres" – a dreamscape that recalls the romantic nostalgia of Fleetwood Mac filtered through the contemporary sensibilities of Weyes Blood and the experimental depth of Pink Floyd. The album's sonic palette draws from Bryony's extensive musical vocabulary, incorporating cross rhythms reminiscent of Tool's progressive complexity alongside the elegant simplicity of folk traditions. Her haunting female vocals navigate between the intimate vulnerability of Lana Del Rey's 'Norman Fucking Rockwell' era and the ethereal sophistication of artists like Air and Morcheeba, while maintaining a distinctly British sensibility that echoes through every track. "Spanning 15 years, 'Dripfeed' distills the experience of getting totally lost down the rabbit hole of my early twenties," Bryony explains. "In working on this album I have inadvertently taken back the reins of my life after assault and learned so much about so much. I'm lucky I had music to draw out most of the poison of some of the less than happy moments and I hope this music can do that for others too." This deeply personal journey manifests in music that builds with hypnotic intensity – moving from calm, acoustic textures through mid-tempo explorations to moments of profound emotional catharsis. The album functions as both protest song and love letter, ambient soundscape and rock anthem, always maintaining the elegant, emotive quality that has made Bryony a sought-after collaborator and performer. Bryony's credentials speak to her artistic versatility and industry recognition. She has appeared on the legendary 'Under The Apple Tree' sessions with 'Whispering' Bob Harris, and in 2025 alone, provided vocals for Ed Sheeran's tracks 'Azizam' and 'Sapphire' while opening Glastonbury Festival on the Pyramid Stage alongside the Citizens of the World choir. Her decade-plus of international touring has honed a live sound that captures the album's intricate arrangements while maintaining the raw emotional power that defines her artistry. The album's title track serves as both mission statement and healing anthem, embodying Bryony's philosophy of gradual, intentional transformation. Like the slow, steady process that gives the album its name, 'Dripfeed' reveals its depths through repeated listening, with each track offering new textural discoveries and emotional revelations. With its combination of vintage analog warmth and contemporary production sophistication, 'Dripfeed' positions Bryony as a significant new voice in the neo-folk and alternative music landscapes. The album stands as testament to the transformative power of art, offering listeners a chance to experience their own healing through Bryony's carefully crafted sonic journey.

Details
Pressed to vinyl for the very first time, this Deluxe edition of this award-winning classic children’s album from Grateful Dead co-founder Jerry Garcia and Bluegrass Hall of Famer David Grisman has been remastered in high definition and features four bonus tracks. Awarded as a Notable Children's Recording by the American Library Association, the beloved release Not for Kids Only is a timeless collection of folky favorites and playful picks from Jerry Garcia & David Grisman aimed at both children and parents. As Jerry old Rolling Stone Magazine during the making of Not For Kids Only, "This is a reaction to the revisionist approach to children's songs. We've gone poking around in the traditional stuff for songs that don't want to be changed. We'd like to introduce them to kids the way they are and let them be." So here they are — songs like "Jenny Jenkins," "Freight Train," and "There Ain't No Bugs On Me” — the way Jerry and David learned them long ago along with their unique arrangements of the classics "Shenandoah" and "Teddy Bears' Picnic." Simple and playful, subtle and sophisticated, this collection of music is recommended for anyone who is, or ever was, a kid.

SOPHIA HANSEN-KNARHOI - 'UNDERTOW'
Formats
BING-222 - LP
600197022214
Details
With her first album Undertow, London-based composer/singer-songwriter Sophia Hansen-Knarhoi reveals stark venerability in a world of sound that is intimate and expansive. Voice and cello entwine to provide a cinematic intensity to songs that tell stories of memory, growth, and the raw, often dark, textures of emotion. with cinematic intensity.. ‘Undertow’ tethers intimacy to the corporeal, spanning violation and deep trust.. It deals with the fallout of the victims of violence against women, voyaging through fear and pain to absolution. Born in Perth, Western Australia, Hansen-Knarhoi grew up surrounded by the natural world. ‘Undertow’ draws on the stark landscapes of Western Australia. At moments, field recordings are woven into the work, while at others, arrangements reflect its beautiful barren environment through memory. “Engulfing myself in nature has always been a way for me to process the world, to bring me back into my body and my senses”. ‘Undertow’ revels in this remote sonic landscape Her 2023 debut EP, Wildflowers, explores the transition from childhood to adulthood, blending ethereal, delicate vocals with graceful and tender instrumentation to embody memory, trauma, and the moments that shape us. This time, with the skilled Brooklyn producer Randall Dunn as a collaborator, Undertow pushes further into the abstract, a dark and dissociative space. Dunn carves intricate space around the lyrics, etching into the soundscape with tension. Cello and voice interact as dual narrators, layering hypnotic drones, gritty textures and raw emotive vocals. Undertow frames Hansen-Knarhoi in a caught moment, continuing her evolution, and all the sharp objects in the way. “Although rage is a cornerstone of its being, it is grounded in a hope of connection, a sense of healing on the horizon.”

VINNUM SABBATHI - 'INTERSATELITAL'
Formats
SBR115 - 10"
5060853705625
Details
Brand new music from the space cavern for 2025. "Intersatelital" is the new exploration in sound from Vinnum Sabbathi, encompassing the relationship between us humans and the machines we have created to aid in our quest towards the expansion and conquest of space beyond our home planet, taking special focus on a pivotal point in time for Mexico. Back in 1985, two satellites (Morelos I & II) were put in orbit under the NASA missions STS-51-G and STS-61-B. These satellites became crucial for advancing communications in Mexican territory and were controlled and monitored by Mexican engineers in the heart of Mexico City. Mission STS-61-B also featured the first-ever Mexican astronaut, Dr Rodolfo Neri, who set several experiments in orbit as well as taking photo documentation of the country from space, and, with all of this, Mexico entered a new era of technology and communications. A sonic testament of the intricate human-machine comradeship from the last century.

MOUNDRAG - 'DEUX'
Formats
SBR114 - LP
Details
France's most unique fire-driven hard psych duo return with their sophomore masterpiece. Written between 2022 and 2024, "DEUX" marks a bold evolution in Moundrag's sound - nine meticulously crafted tracks that balance raw power with intricate storytelling, creating their most ambitious work yet. What makes Moundrag special: Two brothers. No guitars. Just vintage organ, thunderous drums, and hypnotic call-and-response vocals that forge epic soundscapes. Drawing from Deep Purple, King Crimson, and Emerson Lake & Palmer while channeling modern acts like Motorpsycho, they've created something fiercely contemporary. From the hard-hitting assault of "Stormdrummer" to the psychedelic crescendos of "Take Me To The Stars," DEUX is both a nostalgic nod to 70s prog and a modern manifesto. The album blends dystopian fantasy, sci-fi, and Celtic myth into a cry against old patterns - an invitation to reshape a freer world. Featuring stunning cover art by contemporary Polish artist Justyna Kozikzak - a surrealist interpretation of Dante's journey through hell. Co-released with our friends Spinda Records
