This bittersweet collection of songs probes life’s big themes - existential uncertainty, depression and living within an increasingly digitalised world and its consequences - yet delivered with a joyous sound and a sense of humour. "One day I realised I had a record without planning it” explains Madden “For me, these songs capture two turning points in my life; moving from the city to a small seaside town, and shifting from my 20s to my 30s”.
