Details
22 years after their debut album, the Jerry Garcia Acoustic Band released Ragged But Right, highlighting the other half of the band’s timeless repertoire. With the same members in tow, the sextet provides a playful environment that lives up to the release’s namesake. Ragged But Right captures their first known performance of the bluegrass ballad “If I Lose," and includes Grateful Dead fan favorites “Deep Elem Blues” and “Rosa Lee McFall,” as well as what is known to be the band’s last performance of Charles Moody’s “Drifting Too Far From the Shore.”
